Kate's Notes - Moka pot coffee is my go to coffee when I roll out of bed and need a cup of magic. It holds a special place in my heart as it always reminds me of a special someone who taught me how to use the oddly shaped contraption. For sure it's not as quick as an instant, and not as fancy as a coffee machine, but it's the perfect recipe for me.
